CBSE Class X Board Results were declared on 15 April 2026. We are proud of your hard work and achievements. May this success inspire you to reach even greater heights in the future. Further, CBSE has issued a circular regarding the second phase of LOC (List of Candidates) submission. Students are required to carefully follow the instructions mentioned below as Phase 2 to ensure compliance. Here’s a clear step-by-step outline for students to act accordingly:
Important Instructions:

Candidates who wish to appear in the Second Board Examination, but whose names were not submitted during the First Phase of LOC, may now submit their names and pay the examination fee.

Candidates whose names were submitted during the First Phase may now pay the examination fee.

Candidates who had submitted their names earlier but do not wish to appear in the Second Examination may withdraw their names by submitting an application before undersigned in person.

Candidates may also change Mathematics option in the Second Board Examination: Students who offered Mathematics (Standard) in the Main Examination may opt for Mathematics Basic in the Second examination. Students who offered Mathematics (Basic) may opt for Mathematics (Standard).

Change of other offered subjects are not allowed.

All passed and eligible students may improve their performance in any three subjects from Science, Mathematics, Social Science, and Languages.

Names of sports students permitted by the Board may be added during the above schedule.

Students placed in the ER category are not eligible for the Second Examination.

Students placed in the Compartment category may appear in the Second Examination under the same category as well as for improvement category as per scheme. The LOC for First Chance Compartment candidates will be submitted by the school concerned ONLY.

Candidate registered as CWSN in the first examination will continue to receive facilities as per CBSE provisions. No new CWSN registrations will be permitted.

If a candidate's name is submitted in the LOC and fee paid, but the candidate does not appear in the Second Examination, their performance in the Main Examination 2026 will be treated as final.

The Second Examination will be conducted on the syllabus of the Main Examination 2026.

There will not be any change in the schedule and no correction will be allowed after LOC submission is over.

Students (who have not registered earlier through School during 1st phase) who wish to apply under this scheme (2nd Board Examination) must carefully read the criteria and guidelines, they are required to meet the undersigned in person with the following:

A xerox copy of Admit Card

A written application clearly mentioning the subject(s) they wish to appear for in the Second Board Examination
All other instructions remain the same as per the circular on LOC for the Main/ First Examination and the Two-Examination Policy.

No new candidate will be considered for exemption under CWSN Category in Second Board Examination.

If your name is submitted and fee paid, but you do not appear, your Main Examination 2026 result will be treated as final.

The Second Examination will be conducted on the same syllabus as the Main Examination 2026.
