Admission Circular 2026-27

• Registration opens for the classes Nursery to III (Online / Offline) and Classes VI to IX (Offline through School Counter).

​Kindly keep the following documents ready before proceeding for the Online Registration for Classes Nursery to III:

1. Student's Passport Sized Colour Photograph, Mother’s Photograph & Father’s Photograph - Image Size less than 30 KB.
2. Family Photo (Student, Father & Mother with student in the middle of the two), .jpg/.jpeg/.png, Size less than 100 KB.
3. Birth Certificate of the Student (Mandatory for the Students of Nur, LKG & UKG) in PDF/.jpg/.jpeg/.png format, Size less than 100 KB.
4. Student's Vaccination Card (Mandatory for the Students of Nur, LKG & UKG) in PDF.jpg/.jpeg/.png format, Size less than 100 KB.
5. Aadhar of the Student (not mandatory for the Students of Nur, LKG & UKG) in PDF/.jpg/.jpeg/.png format, Size less than 100 KB.
6. Aadhar of the Father/Guardian in PDF/.jpg/.jpeg/.png format, Size less than 100 KB.
7. Aadhar of the Mother/Guardian in PDF/.jpg/.jpeg/.png format, Size less than 100 KB.
8. In case of unavailability of Student's Aadhar, kindly fill 111111111111 at the appropriate place in online Registration form.
9. VERY IMPORTANT: PEN (Permanent Education Number) is mandatory for the the students of class II & III, Without PEN Student's registration/admission will not be accepted.

AGE CRITERIA (as on 31.03.2026)

DECLARATION

1. I hereby declare that the information given/filled by me/us is correct. I/we are the natural Parent/s/Authorized Guardian/s of the student. I/we confirm that the details furnished here viz. the Name/Date of Birth/Mother’s Name/Father’s Name/Guardian’s Name of the student are absolutely correct along with the other details furnished here and we reconfirm that we shall never request for any change/alteration in the Name/s, Date of Birth, either full or in part at any future occasions/stage.
2. We accept the terms and conditions of the school that the confirmation of the registration is not the confirmation for admission and admission of my ward may be denied as per the school’s norms and the registration fee once deposited is non - refundable.
3. I am aware that the school has a set of rules and regulations in accordance with the DAV policies, educational philosophies and vision to deal with the various affairs related with Admission, Withdrawal or removal from the school of the student, collection of Fees by the parent within a fixed due date, maintenance of order and Discipline and inculcation of values among students, following the rules,  regulations and instructions of the appropriate Government/s or CBSE etc, which are subject to update from time to time as well, and are strictly mandatory to be followed by the students and parents.
4. I am also aware and ready that if I/my ward violates any of the school’s norms, the Admission/Registration may be cancelled, and the school’s decision shall be final in this regard.
5. Registration/Admission of my ward may be cancelled if any of the information furnished in online Registration Form/Forms of Admission is/are found false/incorrect.
