1. What is SAFAL?
		
			SAFAL means Structured Assessment For Analyzing Learning. It’s a CBSE assessment to check how well you understand and apply what you’ve learned — not a regular exam.
		
			 
		
			2. Who has to take it?
		
			All students who were in Class 5 & 8 last year (2024-25) — that is, students now in Class 6 & 9 (2025-26).
		
			 
		
			3. When will it happen?
		
			From Monday, 10 November 2025, in online batches. Your batch list and date will be shared soon.
		
			 
		
			4. Is it a test or exam?
		
			It’s not an exam — it’s an assessment to find learning strengths and areas for improvement. There are no marks or grades for promotion.
		
			 
		
			5. What will be asked?
		
			Simple MCQ-type questions from your regular subjects — English, Maths, Science/EVS — based on concepts, not memorisation.
		
			 
		
			6. How should I prepare?

			👉 Practice applying what you learn
		
			👉 Be ready for an online test format
		
			 
		
			7. Is it compulsory?
		
			✅ Yes. Every student listed in the batches must appear for SAFAL.
		
			 
		
			8. What happens after it?
		
			You’ll get feedback on your learning level. Teachers will use the results to help improve your learning
