INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PAYMENT OF FEES:

1. SCHOOL COUNTER:

1. Last date for the acceptance of school fee is the 15th of the month.
2. Late fee deposit fine of Rs. 20/- will be charged with the fee of the month up to 25th of the month.
3. Fee will not be accepted after the 25" of the month.
4. Arrears of the fee of the last month will be accepted up to 15th of the next month with a fine of Rs. 50/- only.
5. Name of the defaulter will be struck off the school rolls in case of non-payment of the fee for two months as per rules given above without any further intimation to the concerned.
6. Readmission may be accepted on the payment of Admission Fee by the permission of the Principal only on genuine grounds.
7. In Such cases, Arrears of two months will be accepted with the Readmission-fine of Rs. 200/- along with the fee of the current month up to the 15th of the month.
8. Advance fee Quarterly, Half-yearly and Annual basis is also accepted.
9. The Annual charges must be paid along with fees for the month of April by 15th April.
10. REQUEST FOR READMISSION WILL BE ENTERTAINED ONLY ONCE.

2. BANK COUNTER:

1. The Dates for depositing fees will be as per Bank rules.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE FEE PAYMENT:

• Click on tab Pay Online Fee  available on the school website’s Home Page - www.davpsmalighat.com
• In case of any problem / query related to online fee payment, parents can contact at :  +91 9263182202
• Click on PAY ONLINE NOW button available at the bottom of the instructions.
• For ID amd password, please contact to shool office or respective class teacher.
• After first login parents must be entered Mobile No .& E-mail.
• Select the Fee up to Month you want to pay and click SUBMIT button.
• Students fee details will be displayed and then click Procedure.
• Before Click on Proceed to checkout  button, please check all the details of the student and must be enterd Student Email id and Mobile no.
• Select the desired option for fee payment i.e. Debit Card / Credit Card only (Payment through Internet Banking will be available soon).
• Click on Make Payment button.
• After processing Fee Receipt will be generated.
• Parents can print the receipt or can check the paid fee from Transaction History link (Available on top left of the webpage).
• Logout the account from the link available on top left of the screen.
• Note : Please check the fee description carefully before payment, incase you make payment and do not get the receipt due to net connectivity, kindly wait for 24 to 48 hours for automatically Re-generation of receipt.
